Our trees and shrubs are warranted to be true to name and in a healthy condition at time of purchase. We protect your investment with our unconditional homeowner warranty, good for 3 years from the date of purchase*.

If you do notice a problem with any of your plants, bring a sample into the garden center as soon as possible. Please call us if it is not possible to come in. If for any reason your warranted plants do not survive, return the items along with your sales receipt, all vendor tags, and our price tag* to obtain a replacement or store credit of equal value. All replacements are one-time only. If it is not feasible to return the plant material due to its size please call to arrange for a site visit.
