No one else in the local area offers this degree of protection for you, the gardener, in ensuring the continued beauty of your landscape. For years, the warranty on plants has been a gray area between retailers and gardeners, and our 3-year guarantee program serves to eliminate this. We have tremendous faith and confidence in our tree and shrub suppliers and in our horticultural staff here at Roosevelt Trail Landscaping and Garden Center and our ability to maintain a beautiful, healthy, quality plant product. We as the retailer have an overwhelming effect on the survivability of your landscape plants, and we will unapologetically stand behind every single tree and shrub we sell.

We are confident enough in our plant material to guarantee it for three years after it leaves our hands and goes into your landscape. The burden of initial success rests on us, and we back it with our 3-year homeowner guarantee. This guarantee represents our word that we will do all we can to provide and sell healthy, true-to-name plant material straight from our nursery to you, and with your loving care, your plants will live well beyond our 3-year promise.

Our trees and shrubs are warranted to be true to name and in a healthy condition at time of purchase. We protect your investment with our homeowner warranty, good for 3 years from the date of purchase.

If you do notice a problem with any of your plants, bring a sample into the garden center as soon as possible. Please call us if it is not possible to come in. If for any reason your warranted plants do not survive, return the items along with your sales receipt, all vendor tags, and our price tag* to obtain a replacement or store credit of equal value. All replacements are one-time only. If it is not feasible to return the plant material due to its size please call to arrange for a site visit.

*All tree and shrub warranty requests MUST be accompanied by all three items (when applicable; some exceptions do apply). If any one component is absent, the warranty can not be honored. All returns are to be inspected by an authorized Nursery Manager.
*Warranty terms do not include rosebushes. Warranty is not available to contractors.
